Black Russians

The Black Russians wish to have a post on the blog! Silly, our chief roustabout, wants everyone to know how sweet and loving the black Russians are. As you can see, they are very friendly!
The above photo is Annie and her first litter. The black kitten is Mallory, named for the British mountain climber who died while attempting to summit Mount Everest in 1924. Mallory liked to climb the fencing around the door of the nursery--hence Mallory.

Here is Annie and her little boy, Zachary, on the bottom left. Zachary isn't so little now! He is quite a big boy. Look for a photo of him soon. The photo on the bottom right is Malandra and her brother. In the bottom middle is a professional photo of Silly. He likes to have his photo in as many posts as possible!

Kewl cat sites

Silly says he's quite fond of these sites. In particular, he finds iCAT
quite fun. He ran the course twice, the first time he ran it with one fault in seventeen seconds. In the second run, he ran it clean in 43 seconds! He's so smug. He says, "Cats should try iCAT as it's a great form of exercise and fun for you and your human. It's even more fun if you can get your human to run the course!!"

Technocat, also water cat

Alexandra Dasha, AKA Alexi, our technocat, is quite fond of sitting on the DSL modem connected to our Apple iMac to warm herself. She is also most interested in the CD-ROM drive drawer of the computer as well as the drawer of our CD player. She likes to paw the cursor in the monitor of the computer as well.
Alexi also has a water fetish as the next photos will indicate.

More Krasota Castle cats

The cat on the right is Annie, the mother of Silly, Chief Roustabout.
Her kittens have bellied up to the milk bar and found it open. Annie is enjoying this as her expression indicates!

In this next photo Annie and Alexi have decided to share a small cat chair which
appears to be too small for them both. Annie doesn't appear to enjoy it very much.

g'day mates!

A warm welcome to The Adventures of Chaos the Cat and Family, our Australian relatives! We must say they are most handsome cats. We encourage you to check out their blog by clicking on their link.

Other cats in our castle

The boys have asked to be introduced! First we have, Chorale, our foundation male, who now lives with friends in our town. He is from Israel, and, if possible, is even more sweet and loving.
Also with us is Dani. He came to us from Kansas and he is also sweet.
He likes to play and jump. He will be a father before too long.

Antics

Here are some of the cats and kittens doing some of their favorite things! Here is Alexi checking out a box which contained some cat related item. Doesn't she look like a cat?

To the right and below you can see a kitten looking at the camera as if to say, "Hi, welcome!"

More will be added later.

Kittens!

Now that a few of the Krasota Castle cats have been introduced, allow us to introduce a few kittens! On the left, are two kittens playing on a cat tree in the nursery. These kittens have gone to new homes.
On the right are kittens from Alexi. They are very cute at this age. Of course they've gone to new homes , too.

This is a kitten that was born in August of 2005. You can tell that it has a winning appearance!

Krasota cats introduction

The cats of Krasota Castle have asked me, their resident webmaster, to start adding entries to their blog. They specifically wanted their friends to read about their activities.
Allow me to introduce three of them on this posting. The CEO is Evita, a ten year old Russian Blue cat who supervises the other cats daily activities.
Her photo is here.

The Chief Operating Officer is Alexi, a four and 1/2 year old Russian Blue cat, who supervises the training of other cats who go to area cat shows. She has excellent experience and has done very well in cat shows over the last several years. Her photo is below.

The cat who holds the title of Chief Roustabout is Siriusly Silly. He is a Russian Black and is known for his playfulness and his loving ways. He is the trainer of the kittens of Krasota Castle.
